TransferLab continues to grow with even more Women’s football data

TransferLab, the market-leading data-driven scouting platform, has been improved further with the addition of a number of women’s leagues.

In March 2021, Analytics FC, in partnership with Lane Clark & Peacock, announced the launch of the first standalone Women’s Football Data analytics platform. The key differentiator which set TransferLab apart from every other data scouting platforms available on the market in the men’s game was our Goal Difference Added algorithm. Expanding access to this into the Women’s game garnered the trust of top clubs, counting former and reigning champions from WSL, Frauen-Bundesliga, as well as Champions League victors among its users.

Until now, the platform has provided access to 24 leagues. The update will increase this number to 33.

Comprehensive league coverage plays a pivotal role in seamlessly integrating data into the operational processes of professional women’s clubs. Therefore, we are thrilled to introduce the following leagues to our platform:

  • SPWL 1 and 2 (Scotland 1st and 2nd Tier)
  • Queensland NPL Women (Australia’s 2nd Tier)
  • Queensland FQPL Women (Australia’s 3rd Tier)
  • Colombia Liga Feminina
  • WSL Academy League (England)
  • Hong Kong 1st Division
  • Northern Ireland Women’s Premiership
  • Portugal 1a Divisao

Analytics FC CEO Jeremy Steele said, “It is exciting to be able to offer even more leagues on the platform. TransferLab was the first platform to make this kind of data available in the women’s game and we are always looking for ways to help our clients make more informed decisions. The addition of these leagues not only allows us to do that, but also shows that access to data in the sport can only help its development.”

TransferLab is a cutting–edge software solution developed and run in a unique collaboration between Analytics FC and financial and business analysts Lane Clark & Peacock (LCP).
