MARKET EVALUATION
We focus upon potential market and career opportunities. We can filter for league strength, sporting ambition, financial power and transfer affordability as well as “player fit” across a range of variables.
SALARY BENCHMARKING
We analyse the underlying performance of a player, assessing the factors which are less influenced by luck and have more predictive value. We are then able to evaluate the player’s contribution in terms of how much a club is paying for the impact of the player and how fair the price a club is paying is in comparison to other players.

PLAYER IMPACT PROJECTIONS
We use statistical modelling to estimate the impact a player would have on a club's sporting goal. We can also assess the impact a player would have if substituted for another player or an average player in his position in a given league. The probabilities of reaching a certain position in the table or qualifying for continental competitions can reflect the monetary aspect of a player's impact.
SCENARIO ANALYSIS
We create customised data models for clients to guide them in answering key questions. Player examples include, "Would I be better off financially staying put or moving clubs?" "What impact does being an academy graduate have on my salary expectations?" "Which club/league would give me the best chance of being selected for my national team?" For clubs, questions like, "How should I value my prized young starlet to the clubs making approaches?” or "What is the optimal contract extension length I should offer to our captain?"
