The Analytics FC team brings together expertise and experience from a broad range of backgrounds including business, startups, data science, software engineering, mathematics, statistics and economics.

We also understand that context is key. Our team has a wealth of experience in top-level coaching, player development and scouting.



CEO & Founder

Jeremy is co-founder and CEO of Analytics FC. He has huge experience in the football industry having held positions as sporting director, academy director, head coach and scout at multiple Premier League and European clubs including Chelsea, West Ham, Brentford, Stoke City and Riga FC. Jeremy has also been a club advisor to numerous clubs across Europe and the US through his role as Senior Club Advisor at global football consultancy, Double Pass. He also spent two years as a club assessor for the Premier League.


Chief Operating Officer

Pavel joined the company in April 2021 as Chief Operating Officer and member of the board. He has a wealth of football and business experience, having been CEO of Pafos FC in the Cypriot Premier League as well as being co-founder of in-stadium data collection and football intelligence company, Marshal Group. Pavel began his career working for UEFA in Switzerland but has since moved into the business side of the game.


Head of Business Development

David joined Analytics FC in 2018 and has a strong background in project management, marketing and sales. He has worked in organisations ranging from start-ups to multi-nationals in the banking, finance and sports marketing sectors.


Head of Virtual Scouting

Charlie joined Analytics FC in February 2021. He has worked at the top level in both the men's and women's game. His experience in the industry includes performance analysis and technical scouting roles with Leeds United, Pafos FC, Bradford City FC and with the Welsh FA.


Senior Coach Analyst

Piotr joined Analytics FC in August 2021. A software developer by day and a data analyst by night, he broke onto the scene in football analysis with his work on profiling coaches from a statistical point of view. This is his area of specialism for Analytics FC but his expertise will be utilised across the company’s consultancy service range. He's currently working towards a Masters degree in AI & Data Analysis.


Head of Content

Alex joined Analytics FC in June 2022 as our Head of Content. Prior to this, Alex had been a presenter and producer at Tifo Football, a company he played a major role in creating and growing prior to its acquisition by The Athletic in 2020. Alex has also worked as a freelance writer and editor across several sports, having previously been in academia at the University of Oxford, where he specialised in medieval religious literature.



Analytics FC is formed by four university students and begins life as a popular “fanalytics” twitter account, blog and award-winning podcast.


Analytics FC launches as a data consultancy and quickly develops a customer base across the UK. Early clients include West Ham United, Bristol Rovers and Derby County, who are closely supported during their Championship play-off season.


TransferLab goes live for clubs, agencies and federations, becoming a market-leading data scouting platform.


Investment and expansion lead to new and disruptive consultancy services including Signature, which created a whole new market in football data after it was revealed that Manchester City's Kevin de Bruyne used the service to negotiate his new €80 million contract.


Analytics FC rebrands and launches into new football analytical markets, adding coach profiling and club acquisition services to its suite. There is plenty more to come.
