Analytics FC is delighted to announce that Lewes F.C. is the latest club to partner with Analytics FC to use the TransferLab platform. TransferLab was developed and is run in collaboration with LCP, and uses advanced data and cutting edge algorithms to provide an unparalleled online environment for scouting players.
The announcement was made at the ‘Embracing Equity in Sport’ event, hosted by LCP, during which Lewes F.C. CEO Maggie Murphy and Head of Performance Kelly Lindsey spoke about the club’s pioneering work in pay equity, and Analytics FC CEO Jeremy Steele presented the company’s work in the field of contract negotiation and career advisory for both Premier League and Women’s Super League players.
Lewes F.C. is a groundbreaking club, the first to achieve pay equity between its male and female players, and the club has a consistent and excellent track record with community engagement and advocacy within the professional game. The club compete in the Women’s Championship and recently reached the F.A. Cup quarter-finals, the furthest the side has even been in the competition.
Kelly Lindsey said, “We are very pleased to be working closely with Analytics FC to bring enhanced, data-driven scouting techniques to the club. TransferLab uses event data from over 100 men’s and 20 women’s leagues from around the world covering around 100,000 male and 20,000 female players.
