Analytics FC CEO Jeremy Steele appeared on Sky Sports’ Inside the WSL recently to discuss the company’s innovative work in Women’s Football.
Steele talked with Sky Sports presenter Lynsey Hooper about the growing use of data in women’s football and Analytics FC’s TransferLab data scouting platform – now used by top clubs including Everton, West Ham, Bayern Munich and Wolfsburg – which was the first standalone platform for the women’s game.
He also spoke about the company’s Signature service, which has provided career advice and support in contract negotiations for top players in the men’s game such as Kevin de Bruyne and Hector Bellerin using data and advanced algorithms. However, the interview’ main focus was on Analytics FC’s support of Alex Greenwood, European champion and England Lioness, in her contract negotiations with Manchester City Women.
