THE CHALLENGE
Demba Ba and Holistic Football embarked on an ambitious journey to acquire Amitie FC, a football club in Senegal, and launch a groundbreaking multi-million-dollar football academy. The challenge was to support Holistic Football in navigating this complex venture and ensure a successful acquisition of the club.
With such a significant undertaking at hand, they turned to Analytics FC’s Acquisition services, to quantify some of the specific risks and rewards associated with club ownership and the establishment of the academy.
OUR APPROACH
Traditional football club acquisitions often lack the objective data insights needed for a successful venture. THE RESULT
Following our data-driven assessments, Demba Ba and Holistic Football made an informed acquisition of Amitie FC and launched the academy. The project has already expanded to a 10-hectare area site with an investment of approximately $4.5 million made towards its success.
